With a view to keeping the time you spend organising the health screen to an absolute minimum, HealthWatch will provide you with marketing support to promote your company health screen initiative. This will include the distribution of tailored promotional materials, such as posters, e-booklets and promotional emails.

Roughly 3-4 weeks before the beginning of the health screening programme we will provide staff members with access to our online booking system. This will allow those who wish to participate to select a suitable time and date for their health screen and follow up consultation.

Prior to the screening appointment each participant will be required to complete our Health & Lifestyle Questionnaire. These responses will be discussed with each participant at the time of their health screen with the HealthWatch nurse. Our nurse will also carry out the relevant physical tests and take the required blood samples. Using our fleet of nationwide specimen transportation vehicles these samples will be transferred to the ISO 15189 accredited laboratory of our sister company, Biomnis Ireland, for analysis.

Usually 2 weeks after the initial health screen each participant will meet with our HealthWatch Doctor to confidentially and privately discuss their results. Our doctor will also answer any questions or concerns you may have and advise of any steps that should be taken by you to remain healthy.

Once the follow-up consultation is complete we will invite all participants to complete a satisfaction survey which will gauge their opinion on the health screening process. Results and comments will be compiled, summarised and supplied to you in report format.

While all individual screening results are confidential, HealthWatch can also provide you with a statistical Corporate Health Report which summarises the overall health of your organisation. The results of this report can be used to measure the effectiveness of any workplace wellbeing programme over a specific period of time.
