Online Booking System Overview
Our bespoke Online Appointment Booking Facility is a simple yet convenient solution which allows participants to select the most suitable time and date for their health screening appointment and follow up consultation. All that is required is access to the internet.
The Online Appointment Booking Facility also allows HealthWatch to communicate all programme details and requirements directly to participants. This minimises any extra administration for you and your staff, leaving you to get on with running your business.
A Step by Step Guide to Booking Your Appointment
Using the unique username and password provided to you by HealthWatch, log in to the Online Appointment Booking system.
Select & confirm a time and date, that is suitable for you, for your initial Health Screening appointment with the HealthWatch Nurse.
If required, select any Optional Extra Tests that you would like included in your health screen. These tests will be added to the main company health screening profile.
Select & confirm a time and date for your Follow-up Consultation to privately discuss the results of your health screen with our doctor.
If required, usually when Optional extra tests have been selected, provide payment details using our secure payment processor.
Complete booking process and log out of system. You will then receive a booking confirmation email listing details of your nurse and follow up consultation and, if a payment was made, a payment confirmation email listing details of your transaction.
