• Lucinda Horwell – Sales Executive
  With a wealth of experience in high level account management, Lucinda has the necessary drive, passion, and project management skills to ensure your HealthWatch programme is both seamless and successful.


• Nursing Staff
  All HealthWatch nurses are fully qualified and registered with An Bord Altranais. Most of our nurses have been part of our screening team since 1997 and have accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience from the many onsite screens that they have completed. All nurses are fully trained in health and lifestyle screening and undergo a comprehensive training course and examination prior to each client contact. All Wellwoman nurses have completed the Irish Family Planning course, both theoretical and practical, and the majority of our nurses are registered smear takers.


• HealthWatch Physicians
  All our physicians that visit participants onsite are fully qualified medical doctors and have been carefully selected and interviewed by our Medical Director, Dr. Mike Louw. All our doctors have extensive experience working within the HealthWatch screening programmes and are familiar with the high standards that we work to.


• Dr. Mike Louw – Medical Director
  With over 20 years’ experience in medical testing sector working in large pathology laboratories in South Africa and Ireland, Dr. Mike Louw is our consultant pathologist and medical director. He is responsible for ensuring that appropriate and relevant tests are selected for your health screen. He oversees all of the programme results and will ensure that any significantly abnormal results are followed up appropriately.


• Dr. John Walsh – ECG Specialist
  All ECG’s are reviewed by Dr John Walsh who has worked with HealthWatch for many years. Dr. Walsh decides on the relevant actions that must occur after the health screen if he is concerned about an ECG result.


• Brid Muimneach - Head of QA and Lab Services
  With over 13 years experience Brid has responsibility for maintaining the quality system to meet the ISO15189 standard for the medical laboratory where all samples are analysed. Brid is responsible for ensuring the rapid turnaround times of results.


• Tom Ennis – Administration Team Leader
  With over three years experience as head of the HealthWatch project administration team, Tom is responsible for the scheduling of the doctors, nurses and equipment and also the preparation and seamless roll out of the health screening programme. Tom and his team will also communicate directly with the relevant liaison officers and participants when required.
